Lauren Duke
Business Director

As our Business Director, Lauren provides operational oversight of all entities within Plastic Surgery Texas. She is a Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP) and a proud member of the American Society of Training & Development. Lauren brings a strong background in medical and hospital management in addition to years of community development to our team.

“Our team specializes in patient education and optimizing clinical operations to achieve a superior experience. Seeing the smiling faces of each satisfied patient is both professionally and personally rewarding.”

Lauren and her husband Morgon reside in Keller with their daughter Maren. They are involved in their church, community activities and love the Texas Rangers.

Robyn Cutsail
Insurance and Billing Specialist

Robyn is our insurance and billing specialist at The Fort Worth Plastic Surgery Center. Her job is to handle your financial questions and to communicate with the insurance companies regarding your surgery.

“Making the decision to have plastic surgery takes a lot of thought and preparation. I am so proud to be able to help make the process as easy as possible. I know our patients appreciate it.”

When the weekend comes, you will find Robyn and her husband camping or boating with their four children and three grandchildren.

Tina Dodson
Scheduling Coordinator & Licensed Medical Assistant

I graduated from ATI in 1997 as a registered medical assistant. I have worked in plastic surgery since 1998, but started working for Dr. Anderson in October of 2010. I love being involved in patient care. It is so rewarding to see a patient from start to finish, whether it be for cosmetic surgery or reconstruction after skin cancer. I live with my two Jack Russell Terriers in Fort Worth. I love to travel and see new places or re-visit old destinations that I love.

Ashley Killian
Scheduling Coordinator

Ashley brings more than 10 years of experience to Plastic Surgery Texas. Whether she is greeting you upon arrival or communicating with you by phone, she brings the best of class experience for your time spent with us. She loves being around people; her favorite part of her job is getting to interact with so many patients every day.

Emily Brown
Cosmetic Surgery Coordinator

Emily has been around medical professionals her entire life (both her mom and sister are nurses). She has been working in the medical industry for more than six years and joined our team over a year ago after switching from the dental industry. Emily is now responsible for cosmetic surgery scheduling. She loves creating relationships with all cosmetic patients and helping them feel comfortable with their decision.

Emily’s favorite and most rewarding part of the job is getting to share in the improvement of patients’ confidence after they see the results from their surgeries. In her free time, Emily enjoys dancing and spending time with her friends.

Kelli Walsh
Reconstructive Coordinator

Kelli is our Medical Coordinator for The Fort Worth Plastic Surgery Center. Her compassion and genuine personality helps put our patients at ease when coordinating reconstructive, melanoma and Mohs surgery with Dermatologists and Mohs Surgeons.

Kelli’s compassion carries over to her family. She spends most weekends camping with her husband and daughter.

Kathy McEwrath
LVN

In early 2000, The Fort Worth Plastic Surgery Center was blessed to have found Kathy. She has brought more than 30 years of experience and compassion to Dr. Anderson’s team. Kathy takes each patient through the entire surgical and post-operative process. Whether calling in your medications or redressing your surgical site, Kathy is always available for our patients.

“I feel so honored to be able to give each patient the individual and personal attention they so richly deserve.”

During the weekends you will find Kathy, a native of Fort Worth, staying busy with her church or relaxing with a good book.

Kathryn Black
Medical Spa Director

With a Bachelor of Science degree and a minor in business, Kathryn is responsible for keeping the Medical Spa running smoothly and continues to educate herself with product training in our three main skincare lines and specialty lasers.

“I love seeing the positive results our patients get with the proper skincare system. Every single patient is different. I enjoy getting to know them and their needs, while also educating them on the best possible way to maintain and enhance their most important investment, themselves!”

When Kathryn is not busy making your experience at the Robert G. Anderson, MD, Medical Spa a pleasant one, you will find her freelance consulting in interior design or dancing with her friends.

Shaye Powell
Medical Spa Coordinator

Shaye’s journey in the medical realm started two years ago at her father-in-law’s weight loss/aesthetic clinic in California. Her husband finished his stint in the Marine Corps and began to pursue nursing at UTA, which brought Shaye to Texas — and to the Dr. Robert G. Anderson Medical Spa. She is excited to be a part of such a positive and growing practice and is looking forward to what the future holds for her and her husband here in North Texas.

Tamara Clark
Licensed Aesthetician

Tamara has been around the skin care business nearly her entire life (her mother has been an aesthetician since Tamara was 5). She was born and raised in Colorado and moved to Texas in 1995. After working in accounting for several years, Tamara decided to follow in her mother’s footsteps and pursue her passion in aesthetic skin care. Since receiving her aesthetic license in 2006, she has worked strictly in the medical industry, perfecting her techniques and continuing her education not only in laser treatments but in cosmetic injections as well. Tamara has extensive knowledge in medical grade products, lasers, and other aspects of skincare. Tamara is a mother of two, a son and a daughter, whom she loves spending time with.

Shanna brings 11 years of experience to our team. She is passionate about skin care and helping patient’s achieve their goals.

Shanna’s spare time activities include trying to keep up with her three, beautiful children.

Jessica Redden
Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Jessica began working in the skin care profession in 2005. After receiving her aesthetician license, she attended the Dallas Medical Aesthetics Certification Program.

“I love every aspect of this field. I enjoy providing treatments across the spectrum, from laser hair removal to cellulite reduction. Every day there is something new.”

In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her nieces and nephews. They always remind her of the simple pleasures in life.

Vanessa Sisson
Nurse Practitioner & Injectables Specialist

Vanessa is our nurse practitioner and injectables expert. She has been in the medical field for more than five years, during which time she has distinguished herself as a highly skilled facial rejuvenation specialist. Vanessa is known for her ability to restore and preserve patients’ facial youthfulness and deliver natural – looking facial rejuvenation results through procedures such as Botox injections and dermal fillers, including Juvederm XC and Radiesse.

Mary Anne has been in the Medical Aesthetics field for over 16 years.  She is a graduate of Ogle and really enjoys working with people to help them achieve their cosmetic goals. She strives to develop relationships and trust with each individual and loves guiding them throughout
their treatment process.

Mary Anne is very proud that both of her daughters share the love of Aesthetics and have followedin her footsteps to become Medical Aestheticians also.

She resides in Fort Worth and cherishes spending time with her twin daughters, 4 grandchildren and her cat. Mary Anne also enjoys traveling, skiing, reading, and watching movies.

April Self

Cosmetic Surgery Coordinator, Weatherford

April has been in the Medical and Dental fields for over 30 years.  She believes that every single patient’s care is our number one concern, and is excited to help coordinate patients in their journey with Plastic Surgery Texas.

As a cancer survivor, April is extremely passionate about helping other cancer victims.  She isalso fanatical about remaining healthy, from the inside out, and loves learning about new products and treatments to keep her skin healthy and vibrant.

April has been married for 30 years, has 2 sons and 1 grandson, whom she loves to travel and spend time with.

Stacy Winters

LVN, Weatherford

Stacy Winters has over ten years of experience as a surgical nurse, spending her entire career with the same practice of Maxillofacial Surgeons.  Throughout her career, Stacy formed a motto for how she works:  “Treat every patient as you would want the person you love most in this world to be treated.”

Stacy has been married for almost 20 years to her husband Chris, and has two daughters, Tiffany and Brittany.  She has lived in Weatherford since 1993 and loves gardening, home improvement projects, swimming and playing with her dogs.

 

David Jackson, MD
Anesthesiologist

Dr. David Jackson is a Board Certified MD anesthesiologist. He received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in 1985, followed by an internship and residency at St. Paul and Parkland Hospital in Dallas. Since then he has enjoyed a busy and diverse practice of Anesthesiology at major hospitals in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex. Dr. Jackson provides anesthesia for Dr. Anderson’s patients on a ‘one to one’ basis during surgical procedures.

“Anesthesia is a concern among patients of any sort, whether they have had many anesthetics or none. I received wonderful training in my postgraduate years and have had ongoing involvement in medical education, quality management, medical technology and the ‘business’ of medicine in my 20+ years of practice. This, along with an ongoing case load at many large medical centers involving challenging cases allows me to provide Dr. Anderson’s patients with a safe and effective anesthetic, using up-to-date anesthetic care while applying the appropriate choice of the latest drugs and technology.”
