Carlene Altom
Business Director

Having three separate entities — The Fort Worth Plastic Surgery Center, The Robert G Anderson, MD, Medical Spa and Texas Surgicare, an Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care surgical center — keeps Carlene busy. With more than 20 years of experience in management and marketing Carlene thrives on educating the public with procedures that are offered at their office through Health Fairs and Community events.

“Plastic surgery involves many choices. The first and most important is selecting a surgeon you can trust, is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, has at least 6 years of surgical training and experience, with a minimum of 3 years in plastic surgery; is trained and experienced in all plastic surgery procedures, including breast, body, face and reconstruction; operates only in accredited medical facilities; adheres to a strict code of ethics and fulfills continuing medical education requirements, including standards and innovations in patient safety.”

When not working Carlene is busy painting or spending time with her family at their weekend home.

Robyn Cutsail
Insurance and Billing Specialist

Robyn is our insurance and billing specialist at The Fort Worth Plastic Surgery Center. Her job is to handle your financial questions and to communicate with the insurance companies regarding your surgery.

“Making the decision to have plastic surgery takes a lot of thought and preparation. I am so proud to be able to help make the process as easy as possible. I know our patients appreciate it.”

When the weekend comes, you will find Robyn and her husband camping or boating with their four children and three grandchildren.

Emily Brown
Scheduling Coordinator

From the first person to greet you to the last to say goodbye, Emily is the heartbeat of the Fort Worth Plastic Surgery Center. She understands a busy schedule for not just our Doctors but for our patients as well. On Tuesdays, Emily arrives at work by 6:50 am and ends her day at 7:30pm.

“We all have hectic lives and I like being there for our patients with our flexible hours, I know it means a lot to them and it’s the least I can do.”

Emily’s voice is just a beautiful as her personality. Hearing her sing can be mesmerizing. Emily would probably agree that her little niece is her biggest fan.

Kelli Walsh
Reconstructive Coordinator

Kelli is our Medical Coordinator for The Fort Worth Plastic Surgery Center. Her compassion and genuine personality helps put our patients at ease when coordinating reconstructive, melanoma and Mohs surgery with Dermatologists and Mohs Surgeons.

“I was nervous due to the unknown, but Kelli put my mind at ease. She answered all of my questions I thought about after I saw Dr Anderson and really took the time I needed to make me feel better about my upcoming surgery.” Former patient Bonnie W.

Kelli’s compassion carries over to her family. She spends most weekends camping with her husband and daughter.

Kathy McEwrath
LVN

In early 2000, The Fort Worth Plastic Surgery Center was blessed to have found Kathy. She has brought more than 30 years of experience and compassion to Dr. Anderson’s team. Kathy takes each patient through the entire surgical and post-operative procedure. Whether calling in your medications or redressing a surgical site, Kathy is always available for our patients.

“I feel so honored to be able to give each patient the individual and personal attention they so richly deserve.”

During the weekends you will find Kathy, a native of Fort Worth, staying busy with her church or relaxing with a good book.

Kathryn Black
Robert G. Anderson, M.D., Medical Spa Coordinator

With a Bachelor of Science degree and a minor in Business, Kathryn is responsible for keeping the Medical Spa running smoothly on a day-to-day basis and continues to educate herself with product training in our three main skincare lines & specialty lasers.

“I love seeing the positive results our patients get with the proper skincare system. It helps me to better understand their needs once I understand their busy lives, so I really enjoy getting to know them.”

When Kathryn is not busy making your experience at the Robert G. Anderson, MD, Medical Spa a pleasant one, you will find her freelance consulting interior design or actively playing on a volleyball court with friends and family.

Jennifer Geyer
Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Jennifer joined the Robert G Anderson, MD, Medical Spa the first month it reopened. After extensive remodeling, Jennifer was the final touch added. She has over ten years of experience & training in the medical profession.

Outside of work, Jennifer is busy spending quality time with her husband and newborn baby boy!

Katherine Anderson
Marketing Coordinator

Katherine was hired in 2008 and joined us full time as the Marketing Coordinator of the Fort Worth Plastic Surgery center the summer of 2009. After graduating from St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX, she moved back to Fort Worth to join her father with his busy practice.

“Having been raised in this profession, I was honored to participate in the continued success. With over 80% of referrals coming from patients, my mission was to share the comments and success they have had with Dr. Anderson and his team with others.”

Katherine will be getting married this spring and will then join her future husband as he carries out his residency in reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery, but they plan to return to Fort Worth in the future.
